We have a beautiful campus for all kinds of camping, recreation, and events that can bring people together. Our campground is changing yearly with upgraded facilities or new facilities, so we have something for everyone, at all different price ranges. We want you to feel that you have left your worries behind when you stay with us, and we want to help you experience the living God in a new way here at Fairmount Camp.
BETHEL TABERNACLE
“Anytime you get out of your routine, I don’t care what age you are, we are more able to listen to God”

Bethel Tabernacle is the largest building on our grounds. The original Tabernacle was built in 1895 where the south end of the tabernacle stands today. It was torn down all except for the stage, and most of the native wood was reused when they rebuilt it in 1928. After two more additions we now have a 300’x75’ structure that can hold 2500 people. This was built in a barn style and has been used for religious services and weddings. The windows on the side of the facility are able to be opened to create an open feel. This building was one of the stars of the “Down by the Tabernacle” video done by the Gaither’s homecoming series on Sept. 16, 1997. This is not a year round facility but we do have large fans to help make it more comfortable in the summer.
