Guest Services Manager
We are looking for a guest services manager, is that you?
We are looking for an individual who has the gift of hospitality and a heart for service. This position is responsible for the overall guest service side of camp. This includes the oversight of customer service, marketing and the dining facilities, which can make or break an event experience for guests and group leaders. The GSM seeks to create a great experience for people who rent the facility - from a group’s first contact with camp to the follow-up after a group’s departure. The position will work directly with the executive director in growing the ministry of Fairmount Camp. This will be a full time position.
The Guest Service Manager has three main functions:
Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull, and carry objects such as chairs, file cabinet drawers, boxes of food. Must have the ability to operate a computer, email, and telephone. Should be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
1. Responsible for being a host to all groups that are using the grounds
2. Assist campground director in creating and implementing a marketing plan for both guest groups and summer ministries
3. Assist camp directors and campground director in developing and running camp programming
